White Sauce

40g butter
40ml refined spelt
2.5ml salt
15ml Kikkoman soy sauce
500ml rice milk

1. Melt butter in saucepan.
2. Add spelt over low heat and mix well (roux mixture)
3. Slowly add milk and cook for 3 - 5 min. over low heat, until smooth.
4. Add salt and soy sauce for flavour.
5. Additionally you may add a little grated lemon skin, Herbamare Salt, or Curry powder for extra taste!
