E Consultation
After you have bought the e-consultation, we will e-mail you a very detailed electronic questionnaire which you have to complete. At the end of the form is a "submit" button which you have to click and the form will be sent to Christo (For this you need an internet connection)
After Christo evaluated your return form, he will make suggestions as to what you can do to optimize your health.
After 5 days of being on the program, you will receive a follow up questionnaire which you will have to fill in for Christo to see how you are doing. This is included in the first consultation price.
